シーシャの歴史について

シーシャは16世紀頃、インドで誕生したとされる喫煙文化の一つです。

当初は薬草を吸うための道具として用いられ、その後ペルシャやオスマン帝国を経て、中東各地に広がりました。

特にトルコやエジプトでは、社交の場としてシーシャカフェが発展し、文化の一部として定着しました。

近年ではヨーロッパやアジアにも広がり、フレーバーの多様化やデザインの進化とともに、リラックスの手段として親しまれています。

Shisha is a form of smoking culture that is said to have originated in India around the 16th century. 

It was originally used as a tool for smoking medicinal herbs, then spread throughout the Middle East, passing through Persia and the Ottoman Empire. 

Shisha cafes developed as social gatherings in Turkey and Egypt in particular, and have become an established part of the culture. 

In recent years, it has spread to Europe and Asia, and with a diversification of flavors and evolution of designs, it has become a popular way to relax.
